In-house training brings a programme to a single organisation. Instead of joining a scheduled public course, your team follows a programme planned for its own goals, at your premises, at a venue of your choice or live online.
We start with a needs discussion: the skills you want to build, the roles and experience of the participants, and any internal tools, policies or cases you would like the training to use. Any course in our catalogue can be the starting point, and topics can be combined or adapted.
The proposal sets out the agenda, the number of days, the delivery format and the fee for the whole group. In-house delivery usually becomes more cost-effective than individual bookings when several people from the same organisation need the same training.
