Business Continuity and Crisis Management

Business Continuity for Supply Chains and Third Parties

Many recent disruptions have originated not within organisations but at suppliers, logistics providers, cloud services and outsourced partners. This course shows how to extend business continuity management across the extended enterprise. Participants learn to identify critical third parties, assess their resilience, build continuity requirements into contracts, develop alternative sourcing and workaround strategies and conduct joint exercises. The course combines continuity standards with practical supply chain and outsourcing tools.
